Nigerian Celebrities Win Big At The 2023 Trace Awards.

The Trace Awards represent a recently established award series initiated by Trace, a worldwide TV and multimedia platform. Their aim is to acknowledge musicians with African and Afro influences, both from the African continent and the African diaspora worldwide.

The 2023 Trace Awards was in celebration of the company’s 20th anniversary. It took place on October 21,2023 in Rwanda. Where we saw Davido, Yemi Alade and ODUMODUBLVCK deliver electrifying performances.

Davido won the award for Best African Male and Best Collaboration with Musa keys for his song Unavailable, Rema won the Song of the Year award with his hit single Calm down. Burna Boy sweeps home the Album of the Year award with his sixth album Love damini, Yemi Alade won the award for Best Music Video with her song Baddie while Asake took home the Anglophone Best Africa Artist .
