The Federal High Court Will Commence Its Christmas Break Starting From December 18th.

On December 18, the judges of the Federal High Court (FHC) will commence their Christmas break.

The Chief Registrar of the Federal High Court (FHC), Sulaiman Hassan, announced in a public notice, obtained by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday, that the judges will take a Christmas break from December 18, 2023, to January 5, 2024.

He specified that during this period, the Abuja, Lagos, and Port-Harcourt Judicial Divisions will be accessible to the public only for cases related to fundamental rights enforcement, vessel arrest or release, and matters of significant national interest.

The court is scheduled to resume proceedings on Monday, January 8, 2024.
