The ninth season of the popular reality TV show, Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), began on Sunday night with 28 contestants grouped into 14 pairs, promising viewers top-notch entertainment for the next 71 days.
The initial group of housemates to enter the house included Chinwe and Zion, known as the pair Zinwe. They were followed by the duo Sooj and Topher, DJ Flow and Ruthie, and Chinne and Nne, a niece and aunt pair known as Ndi Nne.
The other housemates include Femi and Michky, known as Radicals, Shaun and Victoria, also known as Shatoria, and Wanni and Handi, identical twin DJs from Kaduna State.
We also have Ben and Tjay, known as Betta, Toby Forge and Mayor Frosh, also called Streeze, Kassia and Kelkyrae, Chizuba and Onyeka, Neita, Damilola and her partner known as Tami, among others.
This year, there are four identical twins in the house: the Mbadiwe twins and the DJ twins from Kaduna, Wanni and Handi.
The housemates are vibrant, promising plenty of drama and entertainment.
This season, themed No Loose Guard, is designed to keep viewers on the edge of their seats for the next 10 weeks.
According to the organizers, the 2024 BBNaija season promises to be bigger and better than ever before, with several exciting twists and turns.
